Fun Race

To mark the 20th anniversary of the legendary “Der Weiße Ring” race, we’re celebrating with something brand new: the very first Fun Race at the Dorfhus on the Lech promenade!

Start: 4:00 p.m. 

Distance: 150m

The kids will compete in the age groups U10, U12, U14, and U16. After completing an individual time trial (prologue), they will go head-to-head in 4-person heats.

The course is set as a loop along the Lech promenade, filled with fun obstacles to test skill and courage — speed alone won’t be enough!

The awards ceremony for the kids’ race will take place right after the last run.

Start: approx. 5:30 p.m. 

Distance: 300m

Just like the kids, the adults will first race a prologue before entering exciting 4-person knockout heats.

The course runs over one loop along the Lech promenade – and all you need are two skis of any kind! Allowed: Alpine skis, cross-country skis, short skis (Figl), touring skis, telemark skis Not allowed: Snowboards, sleds, skibobs, etc.

The awards ceremony for the adults will take place immediately after the final heat.

Team costumes are highly encouraged and will be rewarded with special prizes during the awards ceremonies.
